YEREVAN.  – Armenia’s Central Election Commission (CEC) will observe Russian presidential elections scheduled for March 4, CEC spokesperson Hermine Harutyunyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am. 

Russia sent an invitation to observe the elections. Chairman of CEC Tigran Mukuchyan and head of the department on analysis of computer and information services Yelena Ayvazyan will leav for Russia. 

Besides, the Armenian Parliament representatives including Deputy Speaker Eduard Sharmazanov and MP from ruling Republican Party Gagik Melikyan will also observe the elections.
