Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu may have a phone conversation with Lebanese President Joseph Aoun soon, Israeli security cabinet member Gila Gamliel said, Israel's Army Radio reports.

A senior Lebanese official, however, told Reuters that Beirut had no information about such a conversation and the possible contact had not yet been officially confirmed.
