PreferredYEREVAN. – Armenia’s Rescue Service received a distress call, in the early morning hours of Tuesday, informing that traffic was blocked at Selim Mountain Pass, as a result of snowstorm, and two vehicles were stranded.
A rescue squad was dispatched to the scene, Rescue Service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
At the Yeghegnadzor-Martuni Highway, the rescuers moved back onto the road a Mercedes, with driver V. Grigoryan.
They also discovered the second stranded car, a Renault, with driver G. Sargsyan who, however, refused the rescuers’ assistance and did not wish to leave his vehicle.
