YEREVAN. – Armenian Parliament MPs observed a moment of silence in the memory of the victims of Sumgait massacres during the Tuesday session.
“We will never forget the tragic days when the crime was perpetrated against our compatriots,” Parliament Speaker Samvel Nikoyan said.
