YEREVAN.- No political party or bloc has presented the proportional lists to the Central Electoral Commission on the first day of nomination for the upcoming parliamentary elections in Armenia, Spokesperson of the Central Electoral Commission Hermine Harutyunyan told the reporter of Armenian News-NEWS.am.
Nomination of candidates on the proportional and plurality systems for the upcoming parliamentary elections started on Monday and will last 11 days. All the Armenian political parties and blocs wishing to participate in the upcoming parliamentary elections on May 6 must present the confirmed lists and all the required documents until 6 p.m. March 22.
Ninety MPs will be elected by the proportional system and 41 by the plurality system.
