YEREVAN. – The opposition bloc Armenian National Congress (ANC) will issue the proportional list on Friday or Saturday, ANC Spokesperson Vladimir Karapetyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
He refused to comment on the alleged lists circulated by media outlets stressing no official information will be provided until the list is formed.
