YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Ameria Audit firm—which is a member of the Ameria Group Company—from now on will carry out activities under the BDO brand, Ameria Group’s Development Director Tigran Jrbashyan said during a press conference on Tuesday.       

BDO (Binder Dijker Ott & Co/BDO) is one of the world’s top-five audit companies. 

And according to BDO International Relations Agent Alexander Verenkov, the competition in Armenia’s audit market is very stiff because there are several strong companies. But Verenkov did not rule out the possibility that BDO could acquire other companies. In his view, Armenian companies will no longer have to apply to foreign companies for high-quality auditing services, since the newly formed BDO Armenia fully represents this global brand.
