YEREVAN.- Serzh Sargsyan can poll 33% of votes without conducting an election campaign, Deputy Speaker Eduard Sharmazanov told journalists on Thursday.

He said that the rating of President and ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) has increased as compared with 2007.

“If the elections were held today, 33% of citizens would have given their votes to Serzh Sargsyan, even without election campaign,” said Sharmazanov who is also spokesperson for RPA. 

According to him, more people trust RPA and the number of supporters is increasing.
