YEREVAN. - 70 members of Yerkrapah Armenian Military Union left the organization reasoning that it was politicized.

They have sent a letter to the Yerkarapah Union President Manvel Grigoryan.

“We do not have the wish to make the problems of our family a matter of public discussion but we also do not want to know the accusations against us made by our former friends. We inform you that we never failed in doing our duty towards our country and organization that is why the comments made by different people on our behalf in the name of Yerkarapah are not understandable.

Today, due to your policy, people, who have nothing to do with us, join the organization and have done nothing during the last 15 years except organizing political conspiracies and boasting about their mystical military career. Because of the above mentioned facts, being realistic and not wanting to support the splitting up of Yerkarapah we have to mention that we shall leave the organization until the issue will find a just solution,” the letter partly read.
