Armenian Minister of High-Tech Industry and Artificial Intelligence Davit Tadevosyan considers the talks about turning Firebird's AI Factory in Armenia into an intelligence information repository to be politicized.

Speaking to reporters in the corridors of the National Assembly, the minister reminded that such factories are of infrastructural importance, and any structure related to calculations uses such facilities.

“A car can also be used to commit a crime. But is it reasonable in that case to limit or prohibit the use of cars?” Tadevosyan drew parallels.

The minister said that he plans to hold a press conference in November and answer all questions of interest to the media.

When asked how much money was invested in the creation of the AI Factory in Armenia and by whom, the minister noted that the investments were made by a consortium of Armenian banks, but did not disclose the exact amount.

As for the possible use of the cumulative pension system funds, Tadevosyan suggested clarifying this with the funding organizations.
