YEREVAN. – A fire broke out, on Friday at 23.25pm, in a booth at an Armenian capital city Yerevan intersection.  

The fire spread instantly, and the firefighters arrived at the scene at the time when the tree nearby had caught fire, the Armenian News-NEWS.am correspondent reported from the scene. 

A fire and rescue squad was dispatched to the scene.  

The fire was extinguished at 23:48pm.

As a result of the fire, however, the wooden roof constructions (7 square meters) and the furnishings of a food kiosk were destroyed, the Ministry of Emergency Situations informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
