YEREVAN. – The 2795th anniversary celebrations (PHOTOS) of Armenia’s capital city Yerevan kicked off with the festive “parade” by water-sprinkling trucks on Saturday morning.
Subsequently, young volunteers washed the city’s statues while singing songs about Yerevan.
To note, the statues in the Armenian capital city are washed once a year, and on the occasion of the anniversary of Yerevan.
