Armenia’s Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan on Sunday was on hand at the City of Gyumri Day celebrations.
Sargsyan also informed that there are clear plans this year to transfer the Ministry of Culture to Gyumri.
At Gyumri’s Ring-Shaped Garden, the PM got acquainted with the creations that were introduced to the symposium of sculpture, and he even played the guitar.
Tigran Sargsyan also whistled to the melody of “House of the Rising Sun” by The Animals.
