YEREVAN. – It is indispensable to preserve the free and independent Nagorno-Karabakh. Lieutenant General Manvel Grigoryan, who is Board Chairman of the Yerkrapah Volunteers Union of Armenia, stated the aforesaid at the union’s tenth congress being held Saturday in capital city Yerevan.

In his words, the important thing is not solely the accomplishment, but its preservation. Grigoryan also urged to be united, so as to force Turkey to recognize the Armenian genocide, and be able to keep the peace.
