YEREVAN. – Non-coalition parliamentary forces boycotted the vote on government's action plan as they are used to say “no”, Speaker Galust Sahakyan told reporters.

“I think their goal is to play for time so that they could attract more supporters. This is the reason they are trying to oppose the government,” Sahakyan said.

Referring to cooperation with other parliamentary forces, he said, regardless of the fact whether the coalition is formed or not, we need to provide opportunities to other parties so that they could pass their own way of creation.
