YEREVAN. - The interest of citizens towards Indian goods seems to have decreased in Yerevan. As compared to previous years, the number of buyers of Indian goods has reduced this year.

Organizer of the trade fair Nawab Ansari told Armenian News – NEWS.am that the small number of visitors is conditioned by the fact that the fair hasn’t yet presented a wide variety of goods.

“New goods will soon be brought and put on sale. Following this, we hope more citizens will come and do shopping,” Ansari said.

Trade fair of Indian goods is held this year in the territory of Yerevan’s Dynamo Sports Complex from October 16 to 25.

At the trade fair the citizens will have the opportunity to buy spices, clothes, accessories, silver jewelry, bijou, semi-precious stones, perfume, henna, as well as wooden items, etc. from India.

Indian trade fair has been organized in Armenia since 2008.
