YEREVAN. – The Government of Armenia has the financial means to purchase arms, Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan told reporters on Wednesday.
“We have those means, and soon we will obtain what we had planned,” Abrahamyan said.
In the PM’s words, however, it is acceptable that there are people who want to help the families of the Armenian casualties of the recent Azerbaijani military aggression.
