Alain Robert conquered the Tour T1 skyscraper in Paris. The motto of Alain Robert – a French spider-man – is the agility of hands. On Wednesday, wearing no security harness, he climbed to the top of Paris Tour T1. The ordinary regime of the office workers was disturbed. They went to the streets to follow the dangerous ascent, reports the NTDTV.

54-year-old Robert conquers tall buildings around the world without any equipment, often for a decent purpose. He devoted his ascents to the memory of the victims of Nepal earthquake and to the hair loss issues. This time, he conquered 185-meter building as an appeal against domestic violence. In particular, he calls on releasing Jacqueline Sauvage, sentenced to 10 years’ imprisonment for killing her husband, who had regularly beaten her. Thanks to a large initiative, which gathered 400 thousand signatures, the French President Francois Hollande in February signed a decree pardoning her sentence. However, in August Sauvage the court rejected the petition to release  Sauvage on parole.

Alain reached the top of Tour T1 almost in half an hour. He has been fond of mountaineering since his childhood. Robert is married and has  several children. His is 1 m. and 58 cm tall and weights 47.5 kg.
