YEREVAN. – The relatives and supporters of the Sasna Tsrer armed group on Tuesday assembled outside the National Assembly of Armenia, in an attempt to find out from the MPs what actions they will be taking in connection with Sasna Tsrer. 

To note, the Sasna Tsrer armed group had taken over a police patrol regiment building in capital city Yerevan, taken hostages, but later surrendered, in July.

Mrs. Aghavni, a Sasna Tsrer supporter, told Armenian News-NEWS.am that they gathered outside the NA entrance and approached the deputies that were entering, but none of them stopped and listened to their demands, arguing that they were late for work.

“We have come here to know what the MPs, who are elected by the people, will try to do for the Sasna Tsrer and political prisoners [in Armenia],” she noted, in particular.
