The TASS uploaded on the Youtube the video of Vladimir Putin’s contra-argument against the objection of the Ukrainian Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Nikolay Doroshenko of Russian’s CIS presidency. During the CIS summit in Bishkek Doroshenko announced that Kiev is against passing the presidency in the CIS to Russian, since " Russia annexed the Crimea ."

"Russia has not annexed anything. What happened in Crimea is a result of illegal actions of certain political forces in Ukraine, which led to the coup . The Crimea joined Russia based on the will of people living in that area , in accordance with the international law and the UN Charter , " Putin said.

In addition , he reminded that Ukraine has not signed the CIS Charter , therefore, it is " unlikely to be able to make suggestions on the organization of the CIS work."
