Acting Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandian, who is on a working visit in New York City, stated the above-said at his talk with Enver Hoxhaj, the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Kosovo.
Hoxhaj, in turn, spoke about Kosovo’s efforts aimed at cooperation within the international scene, especially with the European Union.
