YEREVAN. – The lawyers of Armenia’s second president Robert Kocharyan have submitted a motion to recuse the judge.
Talking to reporters, one of the attorneys Hayk Alumyan said the hearings started with the gross violations of the law. The law failed to prove what the criteria behind choosing a judge was.
The judgement will be delivered at 5pm on Wednesday.
