There are no and cannot be any associations between the events in Venezuela and Armenia, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan told reporters in Moscow.

According to him, firstly, the difference is that there were no clashes and casualties in Armenia, unlike Venezuela. 

Secondly, the process in Armenia fully complied with all legal procedures and the Constitution, the PM added.

“What comes to Venezuela, it is unclear how much this all complies with the Constitution of the country,” Pashinyan said. “Armenia has not made any statements in this regard, we are monitoring the situation. Any decision should be acceptable to the people of Venezuela,” he said.
