Armenian President Armen Sarkissian told reporters that he is not going to comment on the meetings of the Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
"First of all, I am not aware of the details of these meetings, and in general, the president's deal is not to comment on some of the Prime Minister's foreign policy meetings," said Armen Sarkissian.
