The investigation into the case of Armenian parliament’s ex-deputy chief off staff Arsen Babayan continues, SIS head Sasun Khachatryan told reporters on Tuesday.

Arsen Babayan is accused of promoting usurpation of power by the head of the Constitutional Court and forgery, he was detained for over 3 weeks, after which the prosecutor's office decided to change the preventive measure to release under the personal guarantee of the Chair of the Helsinki Committee of Armenia Avetik Ishkhanian and deputy Sisak Gabrielyan.

Khachatryan did not go into the details of the investigation.
