During the trial over the case of second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan, one of the former president’s opponents caused a scene in the courtroom.

Judge Anna Danibekyan informed that the bailiff had informed her that citizen Nelly Mikayelyan had offended attorney Mihran Poghosyan during the argument between the latter and prosecutor Gevorg Baghdasaryan.

The bailiffs had tried to restrain the citizen, but the woman hit the bailiff and offended those maintaining order in the courtroom.

Judge Anna Danibekyan decided to apply judicial sanctions against the aggressive woman and didn’t let her be present in the courtroom until the end of the trial.
