I regret that Serzh Sargsyan had nothing to say as the third President of the Republic of Armenia. This is what deputy of the My Step faction of the National Assembly Nikolay Baghdasaryan told journalists today.

“Serzh Sargsyan had been saying he was going to speak to the public for a long time, and if that was what he was going to say, then I regret that he had nothing to say as the third President of Armenia. He apologized that he ceded power to the wrong people, but that wasn’t what the public was expecting to hear. If he had something to say, he had to make a substantive statement that would be comprehensible. Frankly, I didn’t understand anything,” he stated.

Touching upon Serzh Sargsyan’s statement that he is blamed for ceding power to populists, the deputy said he expects to hear anything from Serzh Sargsyan, but doesn’t consider that statement criticism.
