During a briefing at the National Assembly today, deputy of the Bright Armenia Party Mane Tandilyan said she still believes that Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan’s statement on traitors within state institutions can’t be just a statement.
According to the MP, such statements need to be seriously investigated and need to be either officially refuted or confirmed. “The term ‘traitor’ concerns national security, and therefore, I’m still concerned about this issue. Who are those traitors?” Tandilyan said and promised to send an official letter to find out whether the ministers “receiving money in envelopes” have been found or not.
Mane Tandilyan touched upon the topic of ministers receiving money in envelopes during a question-and-answer session in parliament last week and received an answer from Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan.
