It seems as if law-enforcement authorities were changing their minds a couple of times in regard to the arrest of leader of Prosperous Armenia Party Gagik Tsarukyan.

When Gagik Tsarukyan exited the National Security Service building today, some presses, including Armenian Times (the newspaper belongs to Nikol Pashinyan and his family) wrote that, based on their information, the motion for arrest has already been filed with the Yerevan court of general jurisdiction in Shengavit Administrative District.

Afterwards, a large number of police officers were brought to the district court, but after a short while, the police officers were instructed to leave the premises.

However, in 10-15 minutes, they returned, but left the premises again after a while.

Gagik Tsarukyan had said the motion for his arrest was going to be examined in court tomorrow.
