Shamshyan.com has released a video and photos showing how a 60-year-old citizen of Yerevan is exposed to violence by compulsory enforcement officers of the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service.

On June 17 at around 6 p.m. the operative management center of Yerevan Police Department received an alarm from citizen of Yerevan Marine H. according to whom, two days ago, compulsory enforcement officers had attacked her husband and beaten him near their apartment building. Marine H. also reported that after the beating, paramedics arrived, but the husband refused to receive medical aid, and the doctor informed that he would inform the district police about the incident.

Community police officers found out that on June 15 at 11 a.m., while performing actions for expulsion in the apartment building, according to the statement by Marine H., the compulsory enforcement officers pushed and shoved her husband in front of the apartment, threw him to the ground, hit different parts of his body with their hands and legs, causing bodily injuries.

According to Shamshyan, the report prepared by community police officers was transmitted to the inquest unit.

Police officers are taking measures to establish the identity of and find the specified compulsory enforcement officers.
