YEREVAN. – French-Armenian anesthesiologist and Reanimatology specialist Hayk Vardanyan, a member of the second medical team that arrived from France, says that the coronavirus situation in Armenia is very complicated.

"Unfortunately, the situation is quite complicated, our doctors are truly fighting here. We had this situation in Paris in the second half of March, we have to go through that stage, we have to endure and, of course, we have to defend ourselves, we have to see how the process goes,” he said.

According to him, the current situation is a "war," and people should realize that there is no specific treatment for this virus, and we must fight against the spread of this infection. "We came [to Armenia] to share our experience, we talk to the doctors a lot, we talk to the patients. The team that came from France has fallen in love with Armenia and believes that there is little time to stay here," Vardanyan added.
