Tert.am reports that a young citizen of Yerevan is trying to commit suicide by jumping off a bridge.

The citizen says the reason why he is trying to commit suicide is because he has a problem with housing and believes that nobody or no institution can help him solve his problem.

He claims that he has been raising the issue for the past four months, but nobody has responded. He added that he grew up in an orphanage and that this is why he has no apartment and has no safeguard.

The citizen’s close ones and police officers negotiated with him and succeeded in convincing him to refuse to jump off the bridge.
