Residents of the Vardashen suburb are protesting in front of the Yerevan City Hall, complaining that their building is of the 4th category of emergency. 

According to them, it is dangerous to live there, but the authorities do nothing to solve the issue.

Mikael Manrikyan, a member of the Council of Elders of Yerevan from the Prosperous Armenia Party, approached the protesters and said that he is well aware of the issue.

According to him, residents of each such emergency building should be provided with new housing.
