Despite this, over the past few days, the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan have adopted the following policy: infiltrate into various large frontline settlements through sabotage-reconnaissance operations and carry out informational actions, placing flags on different buildings in order to have a psychological influence on the Azerbaijani society first and then also the Armenian society. This is what representative of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia Artsrun Hovhannisyan told reporters today.

“After breaking the great potential of the Armed Forces during the military operations for quite a long time now and not achieving major and significant successes during the offensive battles, Azerbaijan has to feed the public with such information so that people in Armenia and other countries don’t consider my information merely propagandistic and present some data. The only thing they can do is to organize rapid infiltrations into different settlements, take photos near structures and present those structures as the village council of a village or municipality of a city,” Hovhannisyan said.
