YEREVAN. – Armenia has no shortage of friends in the world. Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan stated this during the debates on the 2021 draft budget at Thursday’s joint meeting of the National Assembly Standing Committees on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs and on Foreign Relations.

Mnatsakanyan noted that he would not try to either underestimate or overestimate the geopolitical position of Armenia within the framework of international relations. "Money alone is not enough. If the system is not subjected to the corresponding reform and does not pursue a truly planned increase and strengthening of the potential, then that money cannot lead to any qualitative change. We have already said that the budget of the Foreign Ministry of Armenia is quite economical," the minister said.
