Russian President Vladimir Putin said that he instructed Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov to notify the partners in the OSCE Minsk Group and international organizations about the situation with Nagorno-Karabakh, RIA Novosti reported.
“I asked you to inform your partners, primarily partners in the OSCE Minsk Group, the co-chairs, about how the situation on this issue is now developing, and to contact international organizations," he said referring to Lavrov.
