An explosion took place in a residential building in downtown Bordeaux, France, on Saturday morning, BFMTV reports.

According to published footage, the explosion damaged the windows of nearby buildings.

There is no information about the cause of this explosion yet.

According to eyewitnesses, the sound of this blast was heard throughout the street where the building where this explosion occurred.

And AFP reports, citing rescue services, that three people were injured and two others are missing as a result this explosion in Bordeaux.
