"Some of our compatriots in Artsakh criticize the Russian peacekeepers in connection with some very difficult episodes for us, as a result of which we have suffered losses. But we must look into the eyes of the truth and say that it is more our fault," the Artsakh President added.

Touching upon the economic issues, he noted that there are investors, and there will be a modern connection in Artsakh with cheap tariffs in the near future.

"The construction of about 3,000 new apartments has begun. As of July 1, the benefits for children up to 9 years old will increase, or benefits will be provide at least 40 [thousand]; but we are calculating for 50 thousand. In 2023, all children under 18 in Artsakh should receive the same benefits. As of January 1, 2025, the newlyweds in Artsakh will be provided with a separate apartment," Harutyunyan said.
