No peaceful use of biological programs in Ukraine was out of the question, they were supported by the US Department of Defense, US specialists regularly gave instructions to Ukraine on how to conduct relevant developments on bio programs, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Wednesday, RIA Novosti reported.

"We have found instead of you your (US) developments, your biological materials, which were developed primarily for military purposes, they turn out to be in Ukraine," Zakharova said during the briefing.

According to her, US specialists regularly instructed the Ukrainian side on how and for what purpose to conduct the respective developments on bio programs.
