Parliamentary hearings are being held Wednesday in the National Assembly of Armenia.
The participants of the hearings are debating on the bill on amendments to the law on administrative-territorial division of Armenia.
The event has brought together experts, representatives of various NGOs and the government, MPs, and community leaders.
Representatives of the parliamentary opposition, however, have boycotted these hearings.
