Armenia currently does not have the resources to protect Artsakh people, political analyst Alexander Iskandaryan told NEWS.am. The analyst said that  Armenia's territorial identity has been fundamentally lowered, which implies that it is necessary to strengthen it.

"It is one thing when an expert says it, but when a politician says it, it is good that there are proposals how to have these resources and what should be done to have them. What has been done in the two years since the war? What activities have been done to make those resources appear? What can be done next, if it has not been done," the expert added.

Chairman of the parliamentary standing committee on foreign relations, an MP from the ruling party Eduard Aghajanyan recently said that because of the 44-day war Armenia is no longer able to ensure the security of Artsakh.
