The military procurements of Armenia are made in order to increase the defense capability of Armenia. Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan told this to reporters after the Armenian government’s cabinet meeting Thursday.
"They are not directed against any third force," added Kostanyan, referring to the statement of the Azerbaijani side, when they say that Armenia's military procurements should be limited.
