Four trucks from an international cargo forwarding company have headed to Armenia’s Margara checkpoint on the Turkish border Friday morning, and from there they will head to Syria.
This humanitarian aid includes food, medicine, hygiene items, and some other essential items.
As reported earlier, the Armenian government adopted a decision among its unreported matters in its Cabinet meeting Thursday, according to which it will make Armenia’s Margara checkpoint on the border with Turkey operational from March 21 to 31 in order to send humanitarian cargo to Syria through Turkish territory.
