Armenian defense minister Suren Papikyan did not respond to the question about Azerbaijan shooting.
The Armenian News-NEWS.am reporter tried to get an answer from the minister—who is participating in the Yerevan State University alumni conference—to the question about Azerbaijani shooting—and in the context of peace talks.
But Papikyan, without even stopping or slowing down, made a reference to the respective official statements by the Armenian defense ministry.
