YEREVAN. – The joint, uniting Founding Parliamentary Assembly of the Ramkavar Liberal Party of Armenia and the Armenakan-Democratic Liberal Party wrapped up in the capital, Yerevan, on Sunday.

And the Assembly reached these decisions:

1) Union between the Ramkavar Liberal Party of Armenia and the Armenakan-Democratic Liberal Party, under the name Ramkavar Liberal Party (Armenia), which will become the legal successor of the Ramkavar Liberal Party of Armenia and the Armenakan-Democratic Liberal Party.      

2) The Assembly elected a Republican Committee comprising 25 members.

3) Hagop Avedikian is unanimously elected Party Chairman.   

4) Subsequent to the Assembly was convened the Party Republican Committee’s inaugural session, which selected the office’s makeup, Ramkavar Liberal Party (Armenia) Republican Committee informs.
