YEREVAN. – Armenia's accession to the Eurasian Economic Union continues, Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian said.

Asked about the negotiation process and the role of Karabakh conflict, Foreign Minister noted that talks continue in normal fashion, and the precise results will be clear in the near future.

As to the Karabakh issue, the Minister recalled that statements at the highest level made clear we are not talking about membership with Karabakh, and the issue cannot be an obstacle to Armenia's membership.

Asked about relations with the EU, Nalbandian said that Armenia and the EU announced their intention to continue cooperation.
