Turkey’s Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu spoke about the normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations, and again pointed to preconditions.
Cavusoglu noted that some conditions need to be met no normalize relations in the Caucasus, reported Aksam daily of Turkey.
“These [conditions] are led by Azerbaijan’s occupied regions. Armenia has not taken any [respective] steps to this day. For this reason, there can be no word about the ratification of the [Armenian-Turkish] protocols unless the preconditions are met,” the Turkish FM stated.
