YEREVAN. -- Commander of the 4th Army Corps Major-General Andranik Makaryan stated that the armed forces must be ready for ay developments.
Responding to questions from the press regarding the activity of the opponent in the direction of Nakhchivan, the General said: "We are surrounded by such neighbors, precisely, the neighbor whose behavior forces us to be ready to any developments".
According to him, the situation on all sections of the border can be change immediately in several hours.
"What occurred on the direction of the Defence Army can occur also on other sections," Makaryan reminded, urging not to trust promises and the seeming tranquility in this direction.
