The police arrested one person after explosion at the Port Authority Bus Terminal subway station in Manhattan. Police were not yet identifying the device used, Reuters reported, referring to local television channel WABC.  

A possible bomb exploded in a passageway below ground in the Port Authority. According to the police, the explosion occurred under the port control.

The WPIX television channel cited sources, as saying a man with a “possible second device” has been detained in the subway tunnel.

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio and President Donald Trump have been informed about the incident.
