The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan has commented on the message by the Armenian who is wanted along the lines of a murder in Karaganda city, Tengrinews.kz reported.

According to the Kazakh law enforcement officials, eight people have been arrested on suspicion of hooliganism as well as the murder of a 23-year-old man in Karaganda, and an arrest warrant has been issued for another suspect, Narek Gururyan.

“In connection with the wanted person’s message—of his willingness to surrender—appearing on the internet, the telephone numbers of our employees were transferred to his relatives, two days ago,” said Almas Sadubayev, Director of Internal and External Communications Department of the Kazakh Ministry of Internal Affairs. “However, no one has contacted to this day.”

“The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan (…) advises citizen Gururyan to voluntarily surrender to police officers, to avoid the emergence of aggravating circumstances,” he added, in particular.
